MANILA -- ABS-CBN Music head Roxy Liquigan exclusively revealed to ABS-CBN News all their plans for their top artists BINI, Maki, BGYO, Maymay Entrata and more.

For the nation’s girl group, Liquigan said that the instruction from top management is to work on international releases.

“Ang dream talaga ng ating (ABS-CBN) president na si Carlo (Katigbak) is to go global. So, ito ang music. Nabigyan kami ng pagkakataon. Sabi niya why don’t we do a music for the global audience”

BINI’s much-awaited single "Cherry on Top," which is set for release on July 11, 8 p.m., is just one of the many songs that the group worked on during a songwriters' camp last year.

Liquigan revealed that they have been working on an EP (extended play) for BINI, for a year now.

“We flew in writers from the US, producers and nagkaroon ng isang music camp. So doon na-produce itong kantang ‘Cherry on Top’, at marami pang ibang kanta. Hindi lang ‘Cherry on Top’ ang gagawin ng BINI,” he said.

He added that the eight-member girl group is also working on their fourth album following their 2024 EP "Talaarawan."

“Marami kaming plans for BINI. We are gathering songs na rin for their fourth album. May local album pa rin naman. Separate dapat pa 'yun, for the Filipino audience,” he said.

Liquigan did not divulge when these album will be set for release, but there are also international albums in the pipeline for the boy group BGYO and singer-actress Maymay Entrata.
