<p>MANILA  - Raquel Pempengco, mother and former manager of trans man/entertainer Jake Zyrus, had nothing but praise for SB19 member Stell Ajero after his phenomenal performance in the recent &quot;Hitman: David Forster and Friends&quot; concert in Manila. </p><p>Ajero&#x27;s version of the Eric Carmen song &quot;All By Myself&quot;, made popular by Canadian songstress Celine Dion, went viral immediately after the concert after he nailed the ballad&#x27;s difficult high notes (F5).</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/2024/6/19/watch-sb19-s-stell-nails-celine-dion-s-all-by-myself-at-david-foster-s-concert-1127">WATCH: SB19&#x27;s Stell nails Celine Dion&#x27;s &#x27;All By Myself&#x27; at David Foster&#x27;s concert</a> </div><p>Zyrus also performed the song as Charice Pempengco in one of Foster&#x27;s concerts in 2010, igniting Pempengco&#x27;s career.</p><p>In a Facebook post, Raquel Pempengco likened Stell to another phenomenal Filipino singer while also referencing her child&#x27;s previous performance.</p><p>&quot;Gulatin mo din mga tao…mag-Charice Pempengco ka ulit…hahaha joke lang pero in fairness magaling si Stell Ajero…mala-Jed Madela din but still don’t compare with Charice,&quot; she said. </p><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dii"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1718971972351448103335_1498144327725031_3395298760143166720_n.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dii" alt="Screengrab from Raquel Relucio Pempengco Facebook"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left"><em>Screengrab from Raquel Relucio Pempengco Facebook</em></span></span></span>In June 2021, Zyrus opened up about his past as Charice, as well as all the pain he had to endure.
