Colet Vergara of P-pop girl group BINI can't help gushing after she met K-pop boy group EXO member Lay Zhang in China.

BINI's main vocalist met Lay, also known as Yixing, during their stint in China's reality program "Show It All."

In a video taken by BINI's head choreographer Mickey Perz, the girl group was seen interacting backstage with the K-pop idol, with Colet handing him a sample of their merch.

Colet then asked the idol if he would sign her album, to which Lay agreed.

"I prepared myself mentally for the possibility of meeting Yixing, but no preparation is enough when you get to really meet him," Colet said in a statement.

"Sobrang kind niya and humble, sana mukhang hindi creepy pero nakatingin lang po ako sa kaniya the whole time. I tried my best to stay as calm as possible knowing one of my idols was just a few meters in front of me. My EXO-L heart is very happy," she continued.

As trainees, BINI watched EXO's performance in Manila as part of their idol performance immersion.

In an earlier report, Lay praised BINI's choreography to their hit song "Pantropiko," saying, "It's so catchy."
