Even though I visit the Philippines often, I never thought to visit this neighborhood or my old school,” Park said.“When I visit my old neighborhood, it’s nice because I miss it, but I become all sentimental,” she added.While going around the classrooms, one of her former teachers surprised her.Park burst into tears as she hugged her Grade 6 adviser, who also shared how quiet she used to be.“Very quiet. She was really very very quiet,” her teacher said.“But we didn’t know she would become like this, and would open up and bloom to this very pretty young lady, very confident lady,” she added.Park said she didn’t expect any of her former teachers to still be in the school because she graduated 20 years ago, but she was so happy that at least one of them was still there.According to Park, she used to be very quiet, especially when she first arrived in the Philippines. She later on learned that it could have been a case of selective mutism, or the inability to speak in certain situations.“I couldn’t even reply to a greeting or recite. Once there was this other teacher, they started using sign language without realizing it,” she recalled.Aside from talking about her past experiences, Park also briefly talked about how she used to have a crush on their school’s top athlete.“When school ends, I’d be on the third floor there and look at my crush who was playing basketball here,” she said.She also said she started sending him letters and stuff, but it didn’t work out.“I was so innocent, but I think he was a bit of a player,” Park said.<div><iframe allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable" frameBorder="0" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/KiXdnD9jSx0?&amp;t=42s&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" width="640"></iframe></div>After going around her school, Park thanked Minzy for coming with her, adding she has never brought any of her friends to her school.&quot;My old neighborhood is something personal to me so I never suggested going there,&quot; she said.For her part, Minzy said she felt as if she knew Park a little more after their nostalgic trip.<style id="isPasted" type="text/css">p.p1 {

</style>“Well, this entire time, I’ve seen you as a member of 2NE1. But this was before all of that, before you officially debuted.
