Kim Da-mi and Son Sok-ku. Photos from actors' respective Instagram accountsSouth Korean actors Kim Da-mi and Son Sok-ku will star in a mystery thriller series scheduled to drop on Disney+ next year, the streamer said Monday.

On its social media pages, Disney said the two actors would lead its series titled "Nine Puzzles."

"Nine Puzzles" tells the story of a criminal profiler (Da-mi) and detective (Sok-ku) who try to uncover the secrets of a serial murder case, according to a report by Korean entertainment news website Soompi.

The series will reportedly be directed by Yoon Jong-bin, who also helmed the Netflix crime thriller "Narco-Saints."

Da-mi is known for starring in shows such as "Itaewon Class" and "Our Beloved Summer," while Sok-ku has featured in "My Liberation Notes," "D.P." and "A Killer Paradox."
