Min-young began her acting career in 2006 after starring in the hit sitcom "High Kick," but gained widespread popularity through the 2010 period drama "Sungkyunkwan Scandal."

While the 38-year-old artist has gained recognition for being a "rom-com queen," her projects encompass a variety of genres that have helped her showcase her versatile acting chops.

Below, we list down eight K-dramas to watch or revisit for those who cannot get enough of the charming Min-young.

Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010)

In her breakthrough project, the historical drama "Sungkyunkwan Scandal," Min-young plays Kim Yoon-hee, who defies social norms at a time when women were not allowed to be educated nor employed. In order to provide for her family, Yoon-hee disguises as her brother and ends up getting into the prestigious Sungkyunkwan University.

City Hunter (2011)

In the action-packed "City Hunter," Min-young portrays Kim Na-na, a bodyguard at the Blue House (formerly South Korea's presidential residence). She meets and teams up with Lee Yoon-sung (Lee Min-ho), who goes undercover at the Blue House as an IT expert in order to fulfill a revenge plan.

Healer (2014)

Min-young plays the passionate and ambitious reporter Chae Young-shin in "Healer," which tells the story of three people — including night courier Seo Jung-hoo (Ji Chang-wook) and popular journalist Kim Moon-ho (Yoo Ji-tae) — who are brought together by a dark past.
