Star Magic warns public vs scammers claiming to be part of 'PBB'

MANILA -- ABS-CBN's talent agency Star Magic on Thursday warned the public to be vigilant against scammers claiming to be part of the reality show "Pinoy Big Brother" (PBB) asking hopefuls to audition.

In a statement released on social media, Star Magic announced that auditions for the upcoming season of "PBB" will be held on April 27 and 28.

"We ask the public to be vigilant against scammers claiming to be part of 'PBB' and asking aspiring housemates to audition. The unauthorized use of the 'PBB' brand or any false representation as an employee of the show is punishable by law. We will keep you posted thru the official social media accounts of Pinoy Big Brother," the statement read.

Just last week, Star Magic head Laurenti Dyogi announced that the "Pinoy Big Brother" house will again be opening its doors in June.

The last season of the hit reality show, "Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10," ended in May 2022 with Bianca Gonzalez as the main host.
