Kapamilya actress Francine Diaz met South Korean singer and actress Kwon Yuri when she attended the first-ever Asia Star Entertainer Awards (ASEA) held in Japan on April 10.

On Instagram, Diaz uploaded  her photos from the event as well as her snaps with Yuri and the Korean pop group Fantasy Boys.

Diaz, who recently released "My Love," her music collaboration with Korean star Seo In-guk, simply captioned her post with red heart emoji.

Yuri, a member of the iconic Korean girl group  Girls' Generation, has also ventured into acting and reality TV. She is known for shows such as "Bossam: Steal the Fate," "Invincible Youth" and "My Teenage Girl."

Just last year, Yuri held a solo fan meeting at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City as part of her "Chapter 2" fan meeting tour.
