K-pop sub-unit BSS had its Filipino fans on social media abuzz due to an advertisement clip that seemed to suggest the trio's return to the country.
On Tuesday, smartphone brand Oppo Philippines released a video showing BSS members DK, Hoshi and Seungkwan endorsing the Oppo Reno series.

DK, Hoshi and Seungkwan last went to the country in January for the two-day Bulacan stop of Seventeen's "Follow" concert tour. Prior to that, BSS attended the 2023 Asia Artist Awards at the Philippine Arena in December, where the trio took home the Performance of the Year award.

Formed in 2018, BSS is short for BooSeokSoon, a combination of the members' names: "Boo" from Boo Seung-kwan, "Seok" from Lee Seok-min (DK) and "Soon" from Kwon Soon-young (Hoshi). The sub-unit is known for its energetic and motivational singles "Just Do It" and "Fighting."
