South Korean actor Ahn Hyo-seop's new wax figure will be joining Madame Tussauds Hong Kong. Handout photoSouth Korean actor Ahn Hyo-seop, best known for starring in the romantic comedy series "Business Proposal," is getting a wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong.

The figure is scheduled to be unveiled in the first half of 2025 and is part of the museum's "first surprise for fans of Korean culture in the coming year," said Merlin Entertainments, which operates the museum.

"Whilst we only observe Ahn Hyop-seop's versatile on-screen persona, we acknowledge the unseen efforts behind it," said Merlin Entertainments Hong Kong General Manager Wade Chang.

"We are honoured to collaborate with this energetic celebrity and hope all guests will support the K-Wave Zone's development in the forthcoming year," Chang added, referring to the museum's zone dedicated to Korean celebrities.

Hyo-seop, 29, is known for his roles in Korean dramas "Still 17," "Abyss," "Dr. Romantic," "Business Proposal," and "A Time Called You."

The actor previously went to Manila in October for a fan meeting.
