Young Blood Neet is on a commercial run with Believe Music Philippines, releasing singles, touring, and promoting to the point where his stardom is no longer debatable.

His "bar" (rap term) sounds smooth, delivering powerful lines, propelled by his own sound, distinguishing him from his contemporaries such as Omar Baliw, Nik Makino, and Hev Abi.

Currently, the hip-hop artist has 2 million Spotify listeners, and his song "ILY" has 59 million streams, including its own TikTok challenge launched by TikTok duo Tito Abdul and Tito Marsy.

In an interview with the entertainment press, the popular rapper acknowledged that he didn't put much effort into the smash song "ILY," saying, “‘Yung song na ‘yun — kapag pakikinggan niyo ‘yung ibang music ko — sobrang layo nun.

A hardworking artist, YB Neet, began writing his own songs during the pandemic, which kindled his passion for that way of life.

When asked who inspired him as an artist, the Pinoy rapper highlighted Inozent One, who died last May.

Kaya ako nandito kasi ‘yung batang ako, ito ang gusto niya,” he shared with ABS-CBN News.

There is a heated dispute in the Philippines' rap community concerning the title "king of hip-hop," with Arkin Magalona, the son of the late Francis Magalona, reacting to Andrew E's list of requirements for an artist to be called king.

YB Neet gave his thoughts, telling ABS-CBN News, “Para sa akin, ‘yung king is kung may sense ba ‘yung sinasabi mo or may matututunan ba kami sa music mo.

The young rapper has released his new song "Good Girl," which he dedicates to all the girls who make sure to treat boys with respect.

For me, ‘yung good girl or dream girl, kine-create siya. Ikaw ‘yung magmo-mold, gagabayan mo siya papunta sa pagiging good girl,” he said.

YB Neet finished the press conference by thanking his supporters and revealing his greatest achievement as an artist.

Mas importante ‘yun kaysa pera,” he ended.
