Well-loved comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto is definitely back as projects are now pouring her way. </p><p>One of these projects is her &quot;semi-regular&quot; position on the Kapamilya noontime show &quot;It&#x27;s Showtime&quot; as one of the hurados of its segment &quot;Kalokalike&quot;. </p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/2024/9/27/know-your-meme-rufa-mae-as-sabaw-judge-on-kalokalike-1135">READ: Know your meme: Rufa Mae as &#x27;sabaw&#x27; judge on &#x27;Kalokalike&#x27;</a></div><p>According to the comedienne, she missed the hustle of show business. </p><p>&quot;Na-miss ko. Pero, ang laging iniisip ko ang anak ko,&quot; she said in an interview during the media conference of upcoming film &quot;Mujigae,&quot; where she had a cameo.</p><p>&quot;Pero parang siya na rin mismo ang nagsasabi na parang siya na rin ang sagot sa lahat ng (offer) na &#x27;Ano, tatanggapin ko ba? Baka kailangan pa niya ako, pero siya na rin mismo na sige mag work kana muna,&quot; the actress explained.</p><p>As a full-time mother to her 7-year-old daughter Athena and a wife to her husband Trevor Magallanes, the comedienne also revealed that she never anticipated the second wave of her career in the Philippines. </p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/05/03/21/look-rufa-mae-quinto-poses-for-cover-of-us-magazine">LOOK: Rufa Mae Quinto poses for cover of US magazine</a></div><p>&quot;Actually hindi... Hindi ko rin alam kung ano ang hiharap kinuwestiyon ko rin nga ang sarili ko noon and ganun pala after nung pandemic sabi ko &#x27;Ano kahihinatnan ko? Ganito lang?&#x27; Maganda naman ang buhay ko, pero normal na tao, wala akong ka-trabaho doon &#x27;yung alaga lang --  housewife, mommy, ganiyan. Tapos sabi ko, &#x27;bakit ganito?&#x27; kasi nasa US kana e,&quot; she recalled. </p><p>When she returned to the country, Quinto said she found all the answers to the questions that she had during her long break from the entertainment business.</p><p>&quot;Pero alam mo pagbalik ko, &#x27;yung tanong hindi lang pala tanong ko, tanong rin pala ng lahat na ano na ba, ganito na lang ba tayong lahat so magmula noon ayun na. Basta masaya ako, &#x27;yun na lang ang dahilan kung bakit ako andito sa showbiz. Kaya lagi akong good vibes, kasi kumpleto na. Nagka-pamilya ako, I&#x27;ve been here, done that till there and everywhere,&quot; she said.  </p><p>Upon her return, Quinto expressed heartfelt gratitude to her dedicated fans for their unwavering support, particularly for embracing her appearances on &quot;It&#x27;s Showtime&quot; -- which often trends on social media.</p><p>&quot;Nag-e-enjoy ako pero parang hindi ko na rin alam kung bakit nangyari &#x27;yun. Siguro kapag mabuti kang tao, nakakatuwa ka, may magaganda rin na jokes siguro kasi ang generation ko &#x27;di ba? Eh ang generation ko lahat na ng millennial, Gen Z, xx at kung ano man &#x27;yung generation andon ako eh, kaya ngayon alam ko siguro &#x27;yung joke hanggang baby pati tita.
