MANILA – Actress Rita Daniela Iriñgan, more popularly known as Rita Daniela, filed a complaint for acts of lasciviousness on Wednesday against her co-actor Archibald "Archie" Alemania before the City Prosecution Office of Bacoor, Cavite.

The actress lodged the complaint against Alemania, whom she stars with in a television series.

In her affidavit, Daniela claimed Alemania sexually violated her and made repeated inappropriate remarks against her in September.

Daniela said she already felt uncomfortable with the remarks of the actor during a gathering.

The actress said Alemania offered her a ride home while waiting for her Grab car early in the morning.

After initially refusing, Daniela said she accepted Alemania's offer to bring her home since it was already late and she thought he was sober enough.

The actress detailed the incident, which she said happened during the car ride home.

Daniela attached a screenshot of her message to the respondent after the incident, where she said she felt disrespected and violated by him.

In the screenshot, Alemania could be seen apologizing to Daniela, saying he was drunk.
