Ara Davao thankful as she signs off from 'Batang Quiapo'

<p>MANILA -- Actress Ara Davao turned to social media to express her gratitude as she signed off from her character as Katherine in the hit ABS-CBN series &quot;FPJ&#x27;s Batang Quiapo&quot;  </p><p>In Monday&#x27;s episode of the drama, Davao&#x27;s character <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUCMlPAAq60" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Katherine was killed</a> by Irma Adlawan&#x27;s Olga.</p><p>Davao said it was a dream come true to be part of the series. </p><p>&quot;When I found out in January that I was going to be part of Batang Quiapo, I couldn&#x27;t believe it. It was definitely unexpected and such a dream come true. It’s been a wonderful journey this past year and I’m so grateful to the people that have been with me along the way,&quot; she said in a Facebook post. </p><p>&quot;To my management, thank you for taking care of me and guiding me since day 1. Thank you to my Star Magic family- Direk Lauren, Ms. Love, and Ate Diane. Thank you Mama Ogie. To our directors, thank you for being patient with me and motivating me, especially when I’d get nervous. As a newcomer, I found comfort in knowing that I can approach each of you and I’ve truly learned so much from your guidance.
