MANILA -- Actor Joshua Garcia is now addicted to golf.

In Star Magic's Inside News on Monday, the actor said playing golf with friends is a good hobby for stress-relief.

"Na-impluwensiyahan ako ni Marco Gumabao at ni Patrick Sugui, 'yung dalawang 'yon. Kaming dalawa ni Daniel [Padilla] 'yung naimpluwensiyahan. Sobra ko siyang na-enjoy, sobra ko siyang minahal na ngayon, sobrang na-addict kami ni DJ," Garcia said.

Just last September, the actor opened up about how his friends Kathryn Bernardo, Sofia Andres, Daniel Miranda, Ria Atayde, Aeriel Garcia, Sugui and Padilla for saving him "from drowning in loneliness."

In Star Magic's video, Garcia also shared his experience during his last getaway with the gang.

"Sobrang saya ng experience na 'yon. May time na naligo kaming lahat sa ilog na umuulan. We're just laughing, ang saya lang. Isa 'yon sa core memories na na-treasure ko rin talaga. Sabi ni DJ wala talaga tayong karapatang magreklamo," said Garcia, who also opened up about his friendship with Padilla.

"After nung 'PBB,' tuloy-tuloy 'yon hanggang sa mag-'Barcelona.' Sa 'Barcelona' naging mas close na kami noon. Siyempre nagkasama na kami sa project at si Kathryn na kasama ko na rin," Garcia shared.

Currently, Garcia is gearing up for ABS-CBN's upcoming series "Viral Scandal" with Charlie Dizon.

Under the direction of Dado Lumibao and Froy Allan Leonardo, the series will premiere on November 15 on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, TFC, JeepneyTV, A2Z Channel 11 and TV5.
