In an Instagram post on Wednesday morning, Marjorie Barretto shared her grief as she uploaded photos of her father with her and his grandchildren.

"It’s so painful losing you. I feel so broken.Thank you for loving me and being the greatest grandfather to my children. Rest now in heaven where you can breathe freely, sing, dance and play golf. "He was already weak when I gave birth, but he still insisted on going to the hospital to see Millie. Thank you for waiting for Millie, Pikey. I will always tell her stories about you," Dani wrote.

Dani's sister Claudia also posted a photo of her and her lolo on Instagram Stories.

For Marjorie's son Leon, his lolo was "a gift from God."

"Can’t describe how I am feeling right now to be honest, Pike. You were a gift from God. You were a blessing to this world. You have done nothing but teach your children and grandchildren what genuine love and true kindness really is. You have made us all laugh and smile through your witty/corny jokes. You have made my relationship with God even stronger and for that I thank you.
You have built happy, memorable, and wonderful relationships with all your family and friends Thank you for everything. We love you so much. We will never forget you. Rest well and enjoy paradise Pike I will continue to love you forever and always," Leon said.

On Tuesday, Claudine Barretto confirmed the death of her father on Instagram.
