Star Cinema has released a series of teasers introducing the main characters of "Seven Sundays" portrayed by its stellar cast.

Ronaldo Valdez leads the powerhouse lineup as Manuel, a widower who claims that he only has seven weeks left to live.

His eldest son is Allan, played by Aga Muhlach. Himself a father struggling to provide for his own family, Allan appears to have developed an insecurity towards his own siblings, who went on to become relatively more successful than him.

Dingdong Dantes is Bryan, the middle child. The one whose career took off, he pines for approval from his dad. He always seem to fall short, however, ending up being overshadowed by Allan, who appears to be the one closest to their father.

Manuel's only daughter is Cha, portrayed by Cristine Reyes. A mother to her own set of three kids, her teaser gives a grave hint that all's not well with her husband. She's also the one who was hit the most by the news that their father is dying.

Last up is Enrique Gil as Dex, the youngest. Distant, he struggles to form a close bond with his other siblings and Manuel.

"Seven Sundays" is helmed by blockbuster director Cathy Garcia-Molina. It opens in cinemas on October 11.
