MANILA—Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach showed up "confidently beautiful" on Wednesday, as she joined "It's Showtime" hosts Vice Ganda and Billy Crawford on stage.

Wurtzbach, who recently turned 28 years old, received red roses from the variety show's all-male dance group Hashtags, as well as a birthday cake from the "Showtime" family.

Now that she's free from her Miss Universe duties, Wurtzbach said she will be spending more time in the country, adding that she will have hosting stints on "It's Showtime" in the coming weeks.
