<p>MANILA - Sarah Lahbati has revealed that she delayed confirming her pregnancy to her fans after doctors put her on bed rest due to concerns over her baby&#x27;s heartbeat. </p><p>&quot;Matagal na namin alam pero itinago muna namin kasi nagkaroon ng complications noong una,&quot; the actress told ABS-CBN News&#x27; Jeff Fernando in an interview Tuesday. </p><p>&quot;Noong sinabi na ng doctor na okay na okay na ang heartbeat at gumagalaw na, puwede ka na mag-work ulit and go on with your routine, ayon, doon namin plinanong i-announce.&quot; </p><p>Lahbati shared the <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/09/18/17/baby-zion-gutierrez-is-going-to-be-a-kuya-soon">good news</a> that she and fiance, Richard Gutierrez, are expecting another child on Monday. Hindi ako makalabas ng kuwarto kasi kaunting amoy lang ng ganito, I need to go to the toilet pero ngayon mas nadadalian na ako.&quot; </p><p>Laughingly, she shared that her pregnancy food cravings are dimsum and corn soup. </p><p>Lahbati is expected to give birth on April 2018. </p>
