Iñigo Pascual sure knows the way to Maris Racal's heart.

On Sunday's "ASAP," a skit was prepared to help him ask out the singer to the yearly Star Magic Ball. And while everyone already knows how scripted these skits can go, Pascual took it one step further -- and it appeared to catch Racal a little off-guard.

After the segment's host Jolina Magdangal asked him for his wish and telling her that it was for Racal to go to the ball with him, Pascual pulled out a rose from his shirt and got down on his one knee.

It gave the blushing Racal very little reason to turn him down. "Bakit naman hindi?" she replied to his invitation.

Pascual first invited Racal to the ball last month by posting on Twitter 100 sweet tweets that concluded with him asking her out.

He was inspired by the indie movie, "100 Tula Para Kay Stella," about a young man who wrote dozens of poems to the woman he loves but does not have the courage to give them to her.
