MANILA -- Most Filipinos know her as one of the members of K-pop group Momoland. Some, as Liza Soberano's look-alike. But to this Filipina actress, Nancy McDonie is more than just those.

In an Instagram Live this Tuesday, Charlie Dizon, who is part of the cast of "A Soldier's Heart," surprised her followers when she had McDonie casually drop by to say hi to them.

The two trained under the same training agency in South Korea to become K-pop idols, but Dizon had to return home to the Philippines due to work contract issues.

According to McDonie, she considers Dizon as her "best friend in the Philippines." She said: "We have a lot of unforgettable moments."

She also added that Dizon always takes her around whenever she visits the country, introducing her to restaurants and her friends.

"She takes me everywhere, like she picks me up in my hotel, she shows me all these great places and like restaurants and even like people too," McDonie shared.

Dizon is best known as part of the cast of "A Soldier's Heart." She was also seen in the TV series "Parasite Island" last year, and was one the stars announced for the prequel to "Four Sisters and a Wedding."

Also in the Instagram Live, McDonie talked about a possible comeback for Momoland. She said that while they did release a special album, "Starry Night," it wasn't considered as their "comeback."

She did add that she hopes they can squeeze plans for it this year, though admittedly she said: "I don't know yet."

McDonie's group, Momoland, is a fan-favorite among Filipinos, known for their songs "Bboom Bboom" and "BAAM."

The group signed a contract with ABS-CBN last year, and was cast as part of a series with James Reid and to be directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
