MANILA -- Enchong Dee and Kiray Celis had to do several takes of their much-talked about kissing scene for their movie "I Love You To Death."

The two admitted this in an interview on the morning show "Umagang Kay Ganda" on Tuesday.

"Kasi iba-ibang angle kaya kailangan mong ibigay ang hinihingi ng direktor," Dee explained.

For her part, Celis said she enjoyed doing the scene with Dee. "Oo naman," she said, adding that in general she had fun working on the movie directed by Miko Livelo.

"Masaya lang sa set namin kasi sobrang bata lang 'yung director namin to the cast," she said.

"I Love You To Death" tells the story of Gwen (Celis) whose birthday wish is to find a man who is madly in love with her.

The movie also stars Janice de Belen, Betong Sumaya, Michelle Vito, Devon Seron, Trina Legaspi, Shine Kuk, Paolo Gumabao, Jon Lucas Christian Bables, Nico Nicolas and Dino Pastrano.

The movie opens in theaters on July 6.
