<figure class="op-interactive"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/3l9XvNb_7YU?enablejsapi=1"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>Prior to taking the stage for the solo rounds of &quot;Idol Philippines&quot; on Saturday&#x27;s episode, Zephanie Dimaranan, the teen who has yet to give up on her dream of becoming a singer despite <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/05/23/19/try-and-try-again-this-girl-joined-the-voice-kids-tawag-and-now-idol-ph">previous failures</a>, was asked to prove that she&#x27;s a &quot;diamond.&quot;</p><p>And she certainly didn&#x27;t disappoint with her cover of Fantasia Barino&#x27;s&#x27; &quot;I Believe&quot; on Saturday, emotionally saying afterwards that even if she would not have made it to the next round, she sang from her heart. </p><p>The judges had little to no arguments against it, eventually picking her, along with 5 other female contestants, to move on the live rounds. The others were Elle Ocampo, Sheland Faelnar, Trish Bonilla, Fatima Louise, and Rachel Libres. </p><p>The 6 male contestants that will join them will be determined on Sunday&#x27;s episode. </p><p>Hosted by Billy Crawford, &quot;Idol Philippines&quot; airs Saturdays after &quot;Home Sweetie Home&quot; and Sundays after &quot;Wansapanataym.&quot;</p>
