The Instagram post shows the "Bagani" actress in a form-fitting black dress, as she held her tummy, with the playful: "I think I swallowed a watermelon!"

This is baby number two for Quigaman and her husband, actor Marco Alcaraz. Their "panganay," who the beauty queen said took her new photo, is now five years old.
