‘I’m feeling great’: Jet Li reassures fans about his health

If his manager's words weren't enough to convince fans that Jet Li is all right, maybe Li himself can do so.

The martial arts legend broke his silence Wednesday over a photo of him looking "frail" that went viral online this past week.

It showed him, according to fans, looking well past his age of 55, prompting concerns over his health, given that he's known to be battling hyperthyroidism.

On Facebook, he wrote: "I'm doing great and feeling great! I'm excited to share with you all a few projects I am working on in the near future. For now, thank you all for your concerns!"

It was announced last month that Li has been cast in the planned Disney live-action adaptation of "Mulan," scheduled for 2020.

Other than that, he's also been tapped as the host of a reality competition in China set to air this year, titled "King of Bots."

His Facebook post follows reports about his manager, Steven Chasman, dismissing speculation that the actor is in poor health.

"If you took a picture of me at the wrong angle and wrong time of the day, I could look frail as well," Chasman said.
