MAYNILA — All smiles ang "Between Maybes" co-stars na sina Gerald Anderson at Julia Barretto nang humarap sa media ilang araw matapos ang showing ng kanilang pelikula.

Sa unang beses na pagtatambal, proud si Barretto sa kaniyang mga "first time" scenes.

"Ang dami kong first sa movie na ito. It excites me more that it was so realistic," anang aktres.

Overwhelmed din si Anderson nang muling maglakad sa red carpet.

"People screaming, people shouting your name, supporting. I still have the same feeling nung 17 ako, 'yung gratitude and 'yung appreciation," ani Anderson.

Buhos din ang movie reviews ng pelikula. Ang ilan, gusto ng bagong Julia-Gerald movie dahil sa chemistry ng dalawa.

Ang iba naman, emosyonal sa karakter at mga movie lines.

Sinagot naman ni direk Jason Paul Laxamana ang tanong patungkol sa first on-screen kiss nina Barretto at Anderson at ang reaction ng mga nakapanuod na fans.

"Julia was just being a professional actress and the script was written way before we had our casting in mind so she just really wanted na masunod 'yung vision ko as director. Mas inisip niya talaga 'yung material, 'yung professionalism," kuwento ni Laxamana.

Usap-usapan naman ngayon kung may part two ang "Between Maybes."

"Kasi dun sa pelikula when the movie ends mayroong Japanese writing na nakasulat dun na I thought it meant 'the end' but actually it was 'continued' so akala siguro ng mga tao may part 2 pero malay namin," sabi ni Laxamana.

Patuloy na ipinalalabas ang Between Maybes sa halos 180 cinemas nationwide.
