MANILA — Six years after the conclusion of "Be Careful With My Heart," the cast of the phenomenal series reunited on Friday for a special stream of its wedding episode.

iWant, ABS-CBN's streaming platform, gathered the stars for the half-hour virtual reunion prior to the YouTube and Facebook streaming of the "Fairytale Wedding" that originally aired in November 2013.

Joining the primer were Jodi Sta. Maria, Richard Yap, Sylvia Sanchez, Ice Seguerra, Janella Salvador, Jerome Ponce, Mutya Orquia, Marlo Mortel, Viveika Ravanes, Tart Carlos, and Micah Muñoz.

"This has been six years in the making, ang tagal na," Yap said, referring to the reunion. "Until now, sinusubaybayan pa rin tayo ng mga manonood at fans ng 'Be Careful With My Heart.'"

"It's so nice na magkita-kita tayo ulit. Na-miss ko kayong lahat."

Hosted by the duo of Ravanes and Carlos, the reunion was a mix of reminiscing and updates about each other amid the coronavirus lockdown.

Sanchez, in particular, shared her experience battling and recovering from COVID-19.

On the lighter side, the cast shared a laugh over recollections like Salvador eating food meant to be on-set props, and Ravanes putting her share in her pocket.

A running joke was targeted at the similar facial hair of Yap and Ponce, who played father and son in the series.

Sta. Maria and Yap, of course, were not spared from teasing. When the hosts asked them to exchange messages, Yap said he would rather say it in private.

"Pinapaasa niyo pa rin sila!" Carlos quipped, referring to the loyal fans of the series.
