A month prior to Maja Salvador's stint as a guest celebrity VJ of MYX, her former boyfriend, Gerald Anderson, made a guest appearance on the same music channel to promote his film "My Perfect You."

That guesting had Anderson taking up some fun-filled challenges, including a lie detector test, where he was asked about a range of topics, including whether he preferred "Dahan-Dahan" or "Ikot-Ikot," popular songs by Salvador and Sarah Geronimo, respectively.

The two women were both romantically linked with Anderson for a time. He previously courted Geronimo, and then dated Salvador, who became his girlfriend of two years until 2015.

Anderson picked Salvador's hit, but MYX's polygraph device determined that the actor's answer was a lie, giving him a light shock. That was in March.

Now with Salvador in the same studio weeks later, the "Wildflower" star was shown the video of Anderson choosing "Dahan-Dahan" -- fitting, as she was introducing its music video as the next one in the show's lineup.

Showing no signs of awkwardness, Salvador, upon realizing Anderson was "lying," quipped: "Diyos ko, Gerald! Hanggang dito ba naman!"

Shifting gears, she added, "Malay niyo naman gusto niya 'yung kantang 'Dahan-Dahan' at saka 'Ikot-Ikot,' pero sa kaba niya, dahil parehas na-link sa kanya ['yung kumanta], sige na. . . Pagbigyan natin siya. Nagkamali 'yon."

Since their breakup, Anderson and Salvador have worked with each other numerous times, specifically in "ASAP." They're also both romantically involved -- Anderson with actress Bea Alonzo, and Salvador with a former high school classmate she has yet to introduce.
