MANILA — In a surprise-filled Monday night for fans of Nina, the diamond-selling singer staged a Facebook Live concert, performing her string of hits plus a bonus tune familiar to K-drama followers.

In a defining image of self-mounted concerts streamed from home — a trend now across showbiz while productions are suspended — a candid Nina at one point sang while cradling her daughter, and had some challenges with battery and connection.

After an hour-long gig featuring tracks from her album "Nina Live!", she closed with a surprise rendition of "Flower" by Yoon Mi Rae.

Nina, who was accompanied by guitarist Dard Enriquez, also reminded viewers throughout the episode to observe safety measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
