MANILA -- Elmo Magalona wished his onscreen partner, Janella Salvador, a happy 19th birthday on Thursday with a photo of them together.

"This beautiful soul turns a year older today," Magalona wrote as the caption. "You've accomplished so much in a year and can still make time to enjoy your life. You always think of others first, and make sure that you put a smile on people's faces including myself."

"You can do all of that because you are super I wish you happiness, strength to always be on top, and a belly so bottomless for all your cravings You deserve it!!! Happy birthday, Kitty," he added.

The pair have long been romantically linked, but Salvador has insisted she's not yet ready for a relationship. This hasn't stopped Magalona, however, for openly admitting that he likes the actress.

Back in January, Magalona invited Salvador to be his Valentines' Day date on national television.

The two are set to topbill an upcoming teleserye "Kung Kailangan Mo Ako." It was also reported that they have a movie in the works.
