She found herself in the throes of a May-December romance last year.

But now Keanna Reeves has revealed that she and her 20-year-old boyfriend have decided to call things off.

Reeves spoke up about her heartbreak with Pep on Thursday.

She shared that the college student, identified as John del Rosario, couldn't continue seeing her after his mother caught wind of their relationship via the news.

"Nung nag-viral na 'yung love story namin, nag-usap kami na dedmahin na lang 'yung issue . . . Kaso nakarating sa mother. Dami nabasa na nega! Kaya nag-react, pinagalitan siya," Reeves said.

She added that while she and Del Rosario already had plans of living together, they still chose to break up. She reasoned that she didn't want to strain the relationship between Del Rosario and his mother.

"Ayaw ko naman kalaban ko mama niya, di ba? Pangit na kasi 'yun," she said.

She went on to describe herself as a family-first type of person, explaining: "Unang concern ko talaga, kung gusto ba ako ng pamilya. Kasi kung hindi, 'di ko rin ipipilit sarili ko."

Also in the interview, the former "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate said that Del Rosario told her that he needed to take care of his single mother. She also said that they remain friends.
