MANILA – The ABS-CBN afternoon series “Wildflower” is nearing its end but Maja Salvador remains tightlipped as to the details of her next project.

Speaking during the press conference for her upcoming concert, Salvador shared that she probably won't star in another series very soon.

However, she confirmed that she would definitely work on a big-screen project this year.

“Almost one year po ang 'Wildflower.' Nag-start na po ngayon mag-launch ng mga new teleseryes. Kung hindi man this year, siyempre give chance naman. Ganun naman po eh. Nagro-rotate naman iyan. Kakatapos ko lang ng teleserye ngayon, so sa pelikula muna po ako,” she said.

When prodded to reveal more about the movie, Salvador said: “Ang pinakamashe-share ko po ngayon ay may movie akong gagawin with Star Cinema.”

“Malayo siya sa 'Wildflower.' Light siya,” she added.

But in her interview with entertainment site Push, the “Wildflower” actress shared who she wants to work with.

“Hopefully, si Zanjoe (Marudo) pa rin kaso he has a teleserye now so sana maging okay pa rin ang schedule naming dalawa,” she said.

Aside from the movie, Salvador said her team is eyeing to tour her “Maja on Stage” concert.

“Parang the whole 2018, itu-tour talaga ang ‘Maja on Stage’ at may plano sa Europe din. May producers na po na tumawag din sa handler ko at inaayos na,” she said.
