MANILA (UPDATE) -- Smart on Friday said some customers in Luzon are experiencing spotty voice, SMS, and data services.

According to the outage reporting website downdetector.ph, reports about issues with Smart's services spiked at around 11 a.m. Most of the reports about service disruptions came from Metro Manila, Baguio and Cebu.

Seventy-five percent of the outage reports were about problems with accessing mobile internet, while 23 percent were about lack of signal, and 2 percent were about problems with texting.
