MANILA - Metrobank advised its customers that some of its services will be unavailable this weekend as the bank implements a systems upgrade.

On its official Facebook page, the bank said the systems upgrade will be conducted from Friday, Sept. 20 at 10 p.m. to Sunday, Sept. 22, 2024, 12 p.m.

Metrobank said the following channels/ services will be unavailable:

- All Metrobank Debit, Prepaid, and Paycard transactions (in-store, POS, ATM, and ecommerce)
- All Metrobank Automated Teller Machines (ATM), Cash Accept Machines (CAM), Cash Recycler Machines (CRM)
- Bill payment and scheduled transactions via Metrobank Online and the Metrobank App to select billers. (All your scheduled transactions will not push through during this time, but you can pay your bills real-time before or after our scheduled system upgrade).
