MANILA -- Ayala Corporation topped the list of Philippine companies that made it to TIME's World's Best Companies of 2024 list.

Ayala placed 274th in the list, followed by Security Bank (451st), San Miguel Corporation (463rd), SM Investments (502nd), and SM Prime Holdings (577th).

Jollibee Foods Corp. (649th), Aboitiz Group (727th), Robinsons Retail Holdings (775th), China Bank PH (849th), and Alliance Global (863rd) also made it to the ranking.

Wrapping up the list of the magazine's best Philippine companies are PLDT (897th), Metrobank (935th), and Puregold Price Club (997th).

TIME said the companies were evaluated based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and environmental, social, and corporate governance data.

Apple topped this year's global list, followed by consulting firm Accenture and tech giant Microsoft.
