<div><br/></div><p>MANILA -- Manny Villar&#x27;s <span id="isPasted" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing:normal;orphans:2;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;white-space:normal;text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;display:inline !important;float:none">Vista Land and Lifescapes said its net income climbed by 11 percent to P6.4 billion in the first half of 2024. </span><span id="isPasted">Sales also grew by 8 percent to P19.9 billion.</span></p><div><span>The company said this comes after they launched projects nationwide with a total value of P22.2 billion.
