The Sy-led mall operator said this will be its third mall in Caloocan City, and first in the northern cluster of the city. It will have more than 94,000 square meters of gross floor area, SM Prime said.

The new mall is located along Deparo Road, Brgy. 171, Zone 15, District 1, Bagumbong, Caloocan City.

Aside from SM City Caloocan, SM Prime is also set to open this year 3 other malls, namely: SM City J Mall in Mandaue, Cebu, SM City San Fernando La Union and SM City Laoag.
