MANILA -- San Miguel Corporation (SMC) said its net income climbed by 19 percent to P37.1 billion in the first 9 months of 2024.In a statement, the company said its food and beverage unit saw consolidated net income climb 11 percent to P30.4 billion. San Miguel Foods saw sales increase by 4 percent to P134.3 billion, while San Miguel Brewery reported P99.1 billion in domestic sales. Ginebra San Miguel&#x27;s sales, meanwhile, jumped 17 percent to P45.6 billion. Fuel giant Petron&#x27;s consolidated revenues also rose by 12 percent to P657.9 billion.San Miguel Infrastructure also brought in P27 billion in consolidated revenues, on the back of about 1.02 million vehicles passing through all of its toll roads everyday.San Miguel Global Power Holdings saw its net income soar 48 percent to P13.5 billion.The company&#x27;s cement unit, meanwhile, saw consolidated revenues fall by 6 percent to P27 billion because of lower selling prices.San Miguel Corporation said its net income reached P33.5 billion in the <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/2024/8/13/san-miguel-corporation-net-income-hits-p33-5-billion-in-first-half-of-2024-933" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">first half of 2024</a>, excluding unrealized foreign exchange effects.<div> </div>
