MANILA - BDO Insurance Brokers Inc (BDOI) and the Pioneer group announced Wednesday that they are now offering several simple insurance products at SM stores.

BDOI General Manager and Senior Vice President Tracy Tan said travel insurance, dengue insurance, personal accident insurance and compulsory third party liability (CTPL) insurance for vehicles can now be purchased at the 56 locations of The SM Store nationwide.

Tan said customers can go to the Customer Service or Business Service counters of SM stores and pay for insurance, which will be immediately activated.

Filipinos traveling abroad can buy insurance which provides medical treatment coverage of up to P2.5 million, while the dengue insurance provides a P10,000 cash assistance.
