MANILA - PhilWeb Corp said Monday it acquired another e-games site of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp, the third such transaction in as many months.

The company told the stock exchange that its unit, BigGame Inc, gave I-3 Gamers Inc 225,000 PhilWeb shares in exchange for the e-games site in Cagayan de Oro City.
