The company said it was "cooperating fully" with the Insurance Commission's review of the case that was raised by businesswoman Mona Tan.

Tan had accused Philam Life and its agents Leticia Ang, Vincente Ang and Ernersto Lim of churning or terminating insurance policies to generate more commissions.
