Jollibee Foods Corp said Wednesday it would open its 1,000th branch in Bonifacio Global City next week.The country&#x27;s largest fastfood operator is expanding domestically as it seeks <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/04/03/17/jollibee-to-enter-italy-european-market">growth opportunities abroad</a>.&quot;Join us as we celebrate our biggest milestone yet with the opening of our 1,000th store in the Philippines,&quot; Jollibee said in a statement posted on its official Facebook page.The company earlier said it expected to <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/03/29/17/jollibee-expects-to-keep-lead-in-fast-food-race">maintain its lead</a> in the fastfood industry in the country despite following rising cost of raw materials and its main competition.
