MANILA - Ayala Land Premier said it sold out the first of two luxury condominium towers in Davao City on launch day, generating P2.6 billion in sales.

The Residences at Azuela Cove, the developer's first project in President Rodrigo Duterte's home city, opens up to unobstructed views of Davao Gulf and Samal Island, the company said. The second tower will be launched in the coming months.

It is located on the 25-hectare Azuela Cove in Lanang district, which is being built by Aviana Development Corp, a joint venture between Ayala Land and the Alcantara Group.

Each floor of Azuela Cove has only 4 units with 3 bedrooms, priced at around P33.1 million, with 2 penthouse units worth P80.8 million each, Ayala Land Premier said.
