MANILA - With lion dances and the ringing of 2 golden bells, the Philippine Stock Exchange began trading in its new headquarters on Monday, with white sun-lit interiors and giant screens showing stock prices.

The move to Bonifacio Global City unified traders who were previously located in two locations, one at Tower One along Ayala Avenue in Makati and another at Tektite Tower in Ortigas Center, Pasig.

The new trading floor brings the look of the PSE trading floor closer to that of its neighbors like Japan.

Here are scenes from the first trading day at the PSE's new office.
