STORY UPDATE: On April 20, 2022, the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office dismissed the case of syndicated estafa filed in 2021 by contractor Roel Ta-Ay against the President of Revolution Precrafted Properties Jose Robert “Robbie” Antonio and 11 company staff and officers.
In the resolution, the Prosecutor stated “there is no evidence adduced that the Revolution through respondents as officers and directors committed or performed acts of defraudation and misappropriation involving funds solicited from the general public and that it was created for an illegal purpose.”

The complainants said that they experienced the same scheme wherein they would win contracts in the company’s real estate development projects if they pay the company 10 percent of the contract’s value.

The complainants, whose businesses involve furniture, fixtures, construction supplies, say they suffered significant losses since Antonio’s company did not honor their contract in ordering supplies.

In parallel, we will also work in earnest to collect what is due the company," he said.
