Metro Office Takeover at Concentrix Bridgetowne Gika Nasis


Last April 3, 2024, Metro’s third leg of the Metro Office Takeover took place at the Concentrix Bridgetowne office. Over 200 Concentrix employees participated in the event, where they were treated to a string of style talks and insider tips including those on the fields of beauty, fashion, hair, scalp health, nutrition, and wellness.

Nuggets of wisdom were shared by speakers Fashion Stylist Bea Constantino, Dermatologist Dr. Katrina Luz, and Dietitian Jo Sebastian, touching on topics that resonate with the audience and real women in the workplace.

Presented by Metro Office Takeover partner Dove and Unilever Beauty and Wellbeing, the fun-filled affair catered to all types of stylish women—the classic, romantic, edgy, and sport. Each registrant who came by were entitled to a brief consultation at the Dove Dermacare Scalp Clinic as well to have a hair and scalp health and wellness check.

Meanwhile, fashion maven and celebrity stylist Bea Constantino clued the people in to the latest and popular trends and techniques in fashion—from classic feminine to contemporary, genderless closet staples. “Sabi nga nila, style is a way to say who you are without having to speak,” she said. “That’s how you’re able to express your style identity.”

Board-certified Dermatologist Dr. Katrina Luz explained why scalp health is a prerequisite of overall hair health as well. “You can tailor how often you shampoo based on the type of your scalp,” her discussion went. “Your scalp is basically an extension of your face and so, that would also affect how healthy your hair is. Now, why is scalp care important? If your scalp isn’t healthy, then that will also affect how healthy or not healthy your hair is.”

So we want to eat with freedom and peace and happiness.”
