Before leaving for Milan for the next leg of their shooting, the stars of “Unbreak My Heart” toured around Switzerland, specifically the majestic Mt. Pilatus.

The cast – Jodi Sta. Maria, Joshua Garcia, Gabbi Garcia, Richard Yap, Nikki Valdez, Eula Valdes, Will Ashley, PJ Endrinal, and Jeremiah Lisbo – rode a cable car going to Mount Pilatus. Gabbi mentioned that Jodi and Joshua went ahead of them to shoot some scenes.

Nikki almost cried tears of joy upon seeing the fantastic view – alpine meadows, small farms, lake and forests, mountain range, and rock walls covered in snow. Gabbi recalled that she was only 8 years old when she experienced snow, while Richard once had a white Christmas in Chicago with his family. Meanwhile, Jeremiah, who caught the snow for the first time, was speechless over the panoramic view of Mt. Pilatus: “Totoo ba ‘to?”

The weather was freezing, but they couldn’t care less about it because of the wonderful view that surrounds them. As Nikki and PJ put it, seeing Mt. Pilatus is a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

After taking their lunch, the cast members played a little “What’s In My Bag” challenge. Jeremiah went first, taking out his cell phone, makeup kit, card, and cash from his bag. He also brings his own water since bottled water can be expensive there. Next is Gabbi, who carries alcohol, perfume, lipstick, her passport, and a currency wallet in her bag. She also doesn’t leave the hotel without hand cream to protect her hands from the cold weather.

Meanwhile, Eula has her wallet, eyeglasses, passport, and makeup kit, as well as a collapsible bag just in case she’s tempted to buy “pasalubong.” In her backpack are scripts and a Novena booklet. Richard likewise shared what’s inside his bag, which includes a wallet, passport, medicine, remedy oils, camera for vlogging, pocket WiFi, and a rosary.

Of course, a scenic background calls for a TikTok dance, with Nikki, Will, and PJ. And with a simply breathtaking view comes a string of ‘kilig’ moments – check out Joshua’s sweet clips with his leading ladies.

As they leave Switzerland, the stars gear up for their next leg of shoots in Milan. Jodi is looking forward, first, to her rest day so she could recharge for the rest of their shooting days. On the other hand, Joshua said he’s excited to try Milan’s pizza and pasta, learn their language, and meet many Filipinos there.
