Every season of Pilipinas Got Talent wouldn’t be complete without buwis-buhay performances that totally left us stupefied and exhilarated.And during its sixth and last season in 2018, three acts stood out due to the level of excitement and anxiety that they had brought us as they presented their heart-stopping and jaw-dropping numbers.First off is the Bohol Flatland Crew comprised of lads between 14 to 29 years old hailing from Tagbilaran, Bohol, who amazed us with their awesome bike tricks. They wowed the judges with their exceptional and dangerous ways of riding their bicycles, which they usually showcase in exhibitions they participated in.Judge Vice Ganda couldn’t help but express how they truly got her entertained, and even jokingly challenged one of them to do tricks while she’s riding pillion. She jested, “Try mo lang. Marami rin namang sumubok na pasakayin ako noon e. At sumakay naman ako.” Hugot!Next is the AirStars PH, a group of talented and gorgeous ladies ages 26 to 33 from Quezon City, who astonished us with their creative way of presenting the “art of holding on and letting go” through their breathtaking and showstopping aerial silk and ring routines.The unbelievable courage that they displayed was commended by Judge Robin Padilla, who compared them to athletes who trained well and didn’t depend on chances to complete their act. Judge Freddie “FMG” Garcia, meanwhile, pointed out how the dexterity and agility they exuded while hanging to the silk cloths and rings were such delightful sights for him.Last, but definitely not the least, is the team of linemen from Western Samar who called themselves CEBECO II Blue Knights. They truly left us astounded as they showed off their incredible bravery and amusing dancing chops while standing on makeshift electricity posts.“Walang makapagsabi na hindi unique ang ipinakita n’yong talent. At ako kasi, gustong-gusto ko talaga ‘yong act na ipinakita n’yo kasi ito ‘yong perfect example ng manggagawang Pilipino na kahit delikado, susuungin ang lahat para sa pamilya at susubukang gawing magmukhang fun kahit na delikado ito para lang maaliw ang sarili. ‘Yan ang manggagawang Pilipino. So, paboritong-paborito kong act,” Judge Angel Locsin conveyed.Unkabogable Star echoed this by saying how much she appreciated their performance for showing not only the world-class talents of Filipinos, but our courage as well. She also liked their inclusion of the Sto. Niño in their act, which symbolizes our deep faith in God.“’Yon ay simbolismo na naman sa akin na kahit anong peligrong ginagawa mo, hindi ka talaga matatakot kung alam mong nasa ibaba, mayroong nakaalalay sa’yong pananampalataya,” she stated.Watch out for more remarkable performances and unforgettable contestants from past seasons of Pilipinas Got Talent in the next episodes of PGT Rewind!
