From simply appearing in films in the early years of her career, she began to take on roles in television – starting off with the educational series “Bayani” produced by ABS-CBN in cooperation with the Philippine Department of Education, Culture, and Sports (DECS) in 1996.

She went on to land significant roles in a slew of teleseryes, such as, !Oka Tokat (1997-2002), Mula Sa Puso (1998), Saan Ka Man Naroroon (1999), Sa Puso Ko Iingatan Ka (2001), Bituin (2002), Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas (2003), and Pablo S. Gomez’s Kampanerang Kuba (2005).
She went on to land significant roles in a slew of teleseryes, such as, !Oka Tokat (1997-2002), Mula Sa Puso (1998), Saan Ka Man Naroroon (1999), Sa Puso Ko Iingatan Ka (2001), Bituin (2002), Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas (2003), and Pablo S. Gomez’s Kampanerang Kuba (2005).

Cherry Pie then played one of the kontrabidas named Rose Ponce in the 2007 series Sineserye Presents: Hiram Na Mukha. She once again took on the same kind of role in Iisa Pa Lamang the following year, wherein she was the greedy Isadora Fuentes-Castillejos, the mother of Diether Ocampo’s Miguel.
