Riding bicycles has become even more popular, especially since it served as an alternative mode of transportation for many Filipinos when the pandemic started. Many have also been engaged in cycling and have been doing it as part of their fitness routine. Vhong Navarro has spoken multiple times about his hobby of cycling. He often shares on social media his Sunday rides that are usually around a 50-kilometer journey. Aside from staying fit, this is also a bonding experience with his family and friends. In his photos, the It’s Showtime host is never alone. Another reason for choosing this activity is the chance to travel around the city and nearby scenic spots.

We even saw in one of her vlogs her usual workout routine despite her still very busy schedule which includes cardio exercise and 30 minutes for High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT). That in itself just shows how dedicated Kim is towards maintaining a fit lifestyle. And of course, Kim has always been into biking. In fact, the It’s Showtime host has already joined and completed several triathlons including two Ironman races: a 70.3 triathlon in 2017 and a 21-kilometer race in 2018. And one of her most memorable bike rides was in 2019 when she had a 51.8-kilometer ride.

Just like Kim, Gerald has also been active in competing in triathlons ever since 2015. In fact in 2018, he was able to get the fourth place in the 25th Subic Bay International Triathlon (SuBIT).
